General Provisions and Definitions

Bonus and Promotion Terms

ice365 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain games may not count toward bonus wagering, or may count only partially.
• If a withdrawal is attempted after accepting a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

General Bonus Policy

• A user may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• If bonus claims are attempted from multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and winnings will be deducted from the relevant user's account.

VIP Program and Cashback

The ice365 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%. It is possible to move up to a higher tier gradually based on the user's regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Gaming Rules

All games on the ice365 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology using game provider software, which is completely impartial.

General Game Rules

• ice365 will not be liable if an internet connection is lost during gameplay. In most cases the system will complete the round automatically.
• If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an abnormal win is achieved due to a software error or bug in any game, ice365 reserves the right to void that win.

Account Cancellation & Suspension

In the following circumstances, ice365 may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice:

Funds in a Cancelled Account

A user may also apply to cancel their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining valid funds will be returned; however, bonus funds for which the wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.
